Latency tests with RFC 2544
It was found that some discrepancies exists when running latency tests. When running on different day and time there are discrepancies near to the ~23 ns between runs.
Answer
After consulting engineering B2 800 G team, discrepancies are expected since they are under the IEEE P802.3df 400Gb/s and 800Gb/s Ethernet task force.
