Spirent recommends that you upgrade all instances of Spirent iTest at the same time to avoid licensing or file sharing issues. Spirent strongly recommends that you uninstall earlier versions of Spirent iTest. The Spirent iTest installer performs a clean uninstall of earlier versions before starting the installation process. The following applications are installed for Linux and Microsoft Windows systems: -- Spirent iTest is a stand-alone GUI application (graphical user interface). -- iTestRT and iTestCLI are command line (“headless”) versions of Spirent iTest. Both are described in detail in the online help and in the Spirent iTest User Guide Note: iTest on macOS Catalina supports only iTest GUI application.
