Lumos T&D: Why is access failing with "VLAN ID (xx) is already in use"?
STCLive T&D - All Versions.
T&D believes there is an access up currently to the VLAN being accessed. To resolve:
Check Services Under Test for the TID and VLAN. If present and test is not really active, deallocate and retry access.
If problem still present, check Test Link, Test Set, Network Element, Network Element's Comm Link, Test Set's Comm Link for any hung sessions. If find any hung sessions deallocate and retry access.
If problem still present, Modify and Save the Test Set's Comm Link, Network Element's Comm Link, Test Set, Network Element, Test Link.
If problem still present delete and rebuild the components of the Resource or restart T&D.
