Spirent TestCenter: When using test Wizard causes GUI crash with "GoView License Check" error.
Symptoms
When using test Wizards to build configurations, GUI will crash with GoView License Check error.
Environment
Issue occurred in 64-bit 5.10.9256 built.
Explanation/Resolution
Download latest installer (Spirent TestCenter Application x64.exe) from CSC and reinstall to resolve issue.

This is caused by an issue with the installer.
