Announcing STC v5.50 Release

Spirent is excited to announce the availability of Spirent TestCenter (STC) v5.50. STC is an end-to-end test solution delivering high performance, massive scale, and advanced statistics.

This release introduces the award-winning AI Datacenter testing solution and major updates to our Automotive solutions.  Additionally, these and other new capabilities enhance the value proposition and expand the use cases for our industry-leading STC testing solution. 

STC v5.50 incorporates both new features and critical issue resolutions, ensuring an improved user experience.

   
 
Release Spirent TestCenter v5.50
Key New Features

AI Datacenter release:

  • RoCEv2 with CCL Support on A1 400G 16-port Appliance:
    • Emulation of xPUs traffic patterns to test the network fabric (over RoCEv2)
    • 128 QPs/Port with flow control per QP (DCQCN in FPGA)​
    • Minimal frame size 320B and up to 16KB
    • AI Traffic patterns, such as AlltoAll and RingAllReduce
    • Specific AI datacenter test statistics, such as Job Completion Time, Tail Latency, and more

Automotive and C-V2X:

  • MACsec FX2 modules support
  • New Automotive C2 kit - AUTO-C2-KIT-04
    • Support 8 x 10/100/1000M Ethernet
  • Automation Testing for Debian OS 12 support
  • EU ITS Scenarios Support
  • EU Stack Phase II - DENM message and its scenarios
  • EU Stack Phase III - SPATEM MAPEM messages and their scenarios

  • Support for real GNSS signal

Access:

  • Control retry count & interval of RS/RA for PPPoEv6 for more advanced remote access testing scenarios

STCv:

  • Support new version of DPDK 23.11
