No Hardware License
Workstation ( multi core and multi disk drive)

Procedure

Before trying this method, please refer to SOL1648 to see if you configure the PC correctly.
Please try this method if the no hardward licence is not working while the PC lock was code taken with correct way.
please take PC lock code by running pc_lock_code.exe as administrator.

this method resolved no hardware licence issue on workstations many times.
