There is an enhancement in Release 6.10 on Voice Pattern Matching feature. The enhancement has a new configuration parameter, “VPM factor”, that will allow users to change the sensitivity of the detection mechanism.
The configuration is at Channel --> QOM --> VPM Factor. The range allowed is from 1 to 10, with a default value at 8.
During VPM testing, the measured values of the test are reported in the Variance window. In addition, users can now set the threshold value of VPM measurement in the Thresholds and Error window. Events are reported when the thresholds are exceeded.
