This could be done in different ways

• Set the frame payload fill to PRBS
  Analyze the received PRBS error counters per port or streamblock to measure the ratio of data corruption by DUT.
  
• Turn off the Spirent signature and set the payload to all "A"s.
  Analyze and see if all "A"s are received via capture at receiving port.
  
• If the frame sizes are small enough, use triggers or Analyzer filters to check RX data
  
• Add a TCP or UDP header and monitor their checksum.
