This error occurs when there are no DNS zones included in the test.
After creating a DNS server on the Server>profile tab, you must not only specify the DNS information in the DNS Zones portion of that tab, but you must also highlight the zone(s) and then click the "Include in Test" button for them to be included in the test. Failure to include any zones in the test will result in this error.
