When you proceed to do the ICD testing of PLTS-OTA, you may oberve that your mobile do not do the hard-handoff from one cell to another cell, it may because that for CDMA mobile, you should have all the PRL list in the ICD frequency to imported to the mobile, in order to do this, you can find default PRL file in the path below for your reference.
C:\Program Files\Taskit\PLTS\Suites\Over-The-Air\ CTIA ICD Cell-PCS Channels.prl
After you have found the correct sample files, you should use QPST to import the prl file into the mobile.
