For 3G 64 QAM test cases you need MDTTM-DATA-HSPA-SW (entered in Test Manager). 64QAM is licensed through AirAccess and not the test manager, so you must also make sure that AirAccess has at a minimum the following option licensed:
8100-CFG-EHSPA (AAWCDMA-HS-EHSPA-SW)
Other license options required are:
8100-CFG-WCDMA (AAWCDMA-HS-TRX1-SW)
8100- CFG-HSDPA (AAWCDMA-HS-DPA-SW)
8100- CFG-HSUPA (AAWCDMA-HS-UPA-SW)
8100- CFG-HSPA-CIPHERING (AAWCDMA-HS-CIPHERING-SW)
Additionally, please make sure that your fader has the following license options:
