We support random TLLI via test data file from GMM tab on Iu-PS or Gb interface. Here is an Excel 2010 spreadsheet that generates 602,000 random TLLIs. Please see the attachment, it can be used to create multiple test data files (csv) containing different groups of random TLLIs.
