What are hits and clips, relative to Resilient testing, in Abacus?

Answer

A hit is an interruption in the speech path that occurs during the time that the tone is being received.  This is pointing out interruptions or a break in the tone, while and/or after the tone has started.     

 
Whereas with a clipping… a clip is a disturbance to the tone that occured at the leading edge of the tone burst.”  Here Abacus has detected a missing part of the beginning or start of that tone sequence.  (Please keep in mind that there may be several tone sequences in a given call, depending on the duration of your call.) 
 
 
As for ‘Counts’,  this column shows how many occurrences (of Hits or Clippings) during the test run.
