Answer

None of the Spirent TestCenter products are NEBS compliant.

SPT-2U and 9U were exposed to 6 axis 35G peak input.
SPT-3U and SPT-11U were exposed to 6 axis 45G peak input.

The environmental stress testing gives a good indication that Spirent TestCenter equipment will survive and operate when exposed to an earthquake. Attached is a picture referencing the vibration axis test.
