There are multiple reasons that your close loop power control test 4.4.4 is in undetermined states,
1,1X Voice call is not complete due to mobile issue
2, You can see the result from the PDF report, but the test status is still undetermined, this issue mostly happens for the non-full rate test category of 4.4.4, the possbile reason should be the ESA/MXA driver issue which result fauty collect data from spectrum analyzer.
Solutions: if the behavior is exactly the same as above, please contact local support representitives to restore the controller PC to a brand new system, all the neccessary softwares should be reintalled on the PC.
