Error Message:

Possible Root Cause
Usually the Error message reported due to a version mismatch between the Chassis firmware and Test package/Test Center Application. Spirent Test Center does not support the version mismatch.
Resolution/suggestions:
1.
Check the Spirent Test Center Automation Test Package and chassis firmware version both should be same version (from the same release ).
2.
Spirent TestCenter Automation package already installed, but pkgIndex.tcl file could be pointing to an older version of Spirent TestCenter package path which will be result in above error. Change the pkgIndex.tcl file to point to the correct path
3.
Check the Spirent TestCenter Application and Chassis firmware are same version (from the same release) if the error reported when using the Application (GUI)
