If you can ping 192.168.0.92,
then this issue should caused by IP address of Control PC . Control PC should have 2 IP addresses : 192.168.0.35 and 192.168.0.5
you can add IP address: Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties -> Advanced -> IP Settings -> Add
Also for LTE systems make sure the CS8 Interactive GUI is closed.
