Spirent TestCenter: Does DX module support Dropped Frame count located under Detailed Stream Results view in the Results Browser?

Answer
  • DX does not.
  • DX2 does but not on 10G modules or modes, except for the new C16 modules which supports drops at all speeds.
  • DX3 multi-speed module supports drops on all speeds

  • Suggestion for when drops are not supported:
    • Use  Dynamic Result view.
    • It has a Frame loss counter based on Tx-Rx counts.
    • Also, able to add custom properties
