Why I see that the measurements are mixed up in STC Client tab and STC Server tab on LSonSTC (mX and mXP Modules)?

Answer

We don’t think that the measurements are mixed up in STC Client tab and STC Server tab, e.g. the counters of “Total Packets Sent” and “Total Packets Received”. They are based on our design and the result is correct.

This is how it works.  The packets sent from the Client and received at the Server will show on the Client Tab.

Packets sent from the Server and received at the Client will show on the Server tab.

This is so that the user doesn't have to switch Tabs to see if packets reached the far end.

For example:

STC Client TAB:

"Total Packets Sent” is related to the number of packets sent from the client.

"Total Packets Received” is related to the number of packets received at the server.

STC Server TAB:

"Total Packets Sent” is related to the number of packets sent from the server.

"Total Packets Received” is related to the number of packets received at the client.
