How do I change my password on the Customer Service Center (CSC)?

To update your password on the Spirent Customer Service Center, start by clicking Logout at the top right if you're logged-in. Next, click Login (again, at the top right), then click "Forgot Your Password?".

Enter your email address, which is usually your business email address, and which usually, but not always matches your CSC UserID. You will get an email with a link to setup a new password.
