When you are testing 1X Test Case 3.2.1.1, the Takit/C2K set the wrong NGHBR_BAND value in the General Neighbor list message
We should set below value:
NGHBR_BAND = 0xA (For Band 10)
But we set
NGHBR_BAND = 0x10
This is wrong and we will fix in the next release of TASKIT/C2K version.
