Spirent TestCenter: IPv6 Raw StreamBlock when issuing Neighbor Discovery (ND) will not resolve and traffic not flow, if the host exists on the same port with the same IP address and different Source Mac Address

Answer
This is because they use the same linux drivers on the port, to get this to work, configure the IPv6 StreamBlock to the same Source Mac address but use a different IPv6 address.
Example: if host IP is 2002::2, then
StreamBlock should be 2002::3
