Answer

I explain there is a 2000 limit for FrameLoss queries for DRV in real-time and Results Reporter.

If the customer modifies the configuration to change the DRV Condition from StreamBlock.FrameLoss > 1 to StreamBlock.DroppedFrameCount > 1 and they will be able to test and view results successfully.
