Spirent TestCenter : Why do I have missing ports on my EDM-1003B card in the GUI ?

  1. Reboot port group
  2. Reboot card
  3. Reboot chassis
  4. Swap card slots
  5. Make sure all power supplies are connected and in working condition with green lights (if using 9U or 11U)
  6. If none of the above has solved the issue, them proceed with the RMA request
