By default, device EVDO session lasts for 54 hours, that is even we power off the device, the EVDO session is still active.
Before the 54 hours timer expires, we can clear EVDO session via UDM softerware, by changing a device NV item in EVDO group.
After this change, the device will setup a new EVDO session once it sees EVDO signal:
