When the Avalanche appliance looks working well but some Avalanche Commander can't add it into the list, the proper reason is Java issue. Avalanche install its Java environment during software installation, but if some other Java version installed on the control PC which Avalanche doesn't support, it will act abnormal. The resolution maybe remove Java path under OS environment variables (click "my computer with "right mouse bottom, Advanced-> environment variables), and must restart the computer.
