Landslide tcl api currently can only run with Java JRE 1.6, 32-bits version, and therefore will not run with 64-bits version which installed automatic on Windows 7 64-bits OS version.
The solution is to install Java JRE 1.6, 32-bits version, to Windows 64 bits OS and edit 'landslidetclapi.bat' file (as part of installation instructions guide) to point where Java 32-bits version installed instead of 64 bits. If still not work, then un-install Java 64-bits version and try again.
