You can make two-way latency measurements from a DUT to a STC port and back to itself but we do not support one-way measurements. The reason for that is the Timestamp used in the TestCenter is not a compatible timestamp format.
The ITU-T Y.1731 spec mandates that devices be synchronized to the same epoch only in the case where one-way delay measurements are desired. For one-way delay variation and two-delay and delay variation measurements, the clocks need not be synchronized.
