Abacus options / licenses are installed in the relevant call generator cards. They are not installed in the chassis. As a result of this, if you have multiple call generator cards requiring the same option / license, you need to purchase them for all of the call generator cards you want to run your test. This is different from other Spirent products, where the options / licenses are mostly installed in the chassis.
