This issue is due to the fact that " Arial regular" font is missing from Windows 7
To solve this issue please use the following steps:
Open control panels -> fonts --> Arial. You should have a list of all the font types that Arial will accept. Arial Black Arial Bold Arial Bold Italic Arial Italic Arial Narrow Arial Narrow Bold Arial Narrow Bold Italic Arial Narrow Italic Arial Regular If you are missing these from your computer, you can copy it from another windows 7 computer, and it will work properly.
