Spirent TestCenter: Why Virtual (STCv) port is not taking the NTP time from the License Controller?

First thing to verify is to have the correct IP address specified in the Spirent VM port.

If using VMWare also check the Virtual Machine does not have "Synchronize guest time with Host" box checked.
