Error:
Cause:
This error will occur if we enable the check box “For command field, perform command, variable, and backslash substitutions” in step properties->General of that particular command.
Because this substitution will only work for iTest variables created using simple “eval” commands and here Spirent test Center TCL API commands will accept only TCL variables due to which this error will occur.
Solution:
Disabling the check box “For command field, perform command, variable, and backslash substitutions” in step properties->General of that particular command will resolve the issue.
