Umetrix Voice: If a Call Drops During Testing, How is MOS Affected?
Answer
MOS scores are not affected by dropped calls that occur during testing.
In the compilation of the summary report there will be gaps (no data recorded) for the time the handset(s) dropped.
The statistical distribution will still be done over the interval of recorded data without taking into account missing MOS entries.
