If multiple Mobile Originated calls drop immediately during Call Performance testing, please try the following:

  • Confirm that the correct DNIS (server number) was dialed.
  • Dial another number using the device in question to rule out any problem with the DNIS.
  • Verify that the device’s caller ID is not blocked.
