Umetrix Voice: How Can Unwanted Umetrix Voice Mobile Terminated Calls be Stopped?

Answer

Losing internet connectivity during a Mobile Terminated Call Performance campaign may cause the Umetrix Voice Stop button to cease working.  In this case:

  1. Wait for a call to come to the phone.
  2. Answer the call.
  3. Dial 9999. 

 This will manually stop the Call Server from repeatedly calling the phone through the scheduled end of the test.
