No. You cannot run SimGEN scenarios with the SimREPLAY or SimREPLAYplus mode of PosApp software.
SimGEN scenarios are identified with a .scn file extension. SimREPLAY / SimREPLAYplus scenarios (known simply as 'replay' scenarios) are identified with a .scn_replay file extension
The difference in file extension is intentional to differentiate the two scenario types since replay scenario files include additional information which is interpreted by PosApp so as to ensure the selected scenario is compatible with the installed, licenced software mode.
You would need to convert the SimGEN scenario to a replay scenario using a SimGEN capable system. See article FAQ12603 or the SimGEN user manual (DGP00686AAA) for more information about saving SimGEN scenarios as replay scenarios. Also refer to FAQ10987 regarding possible issues when using a no hardware licence to create scenarios.
