They have been posted onto CSC website. Log onto CSC, go to Downloads - Controlled Releases section. You will find the suites with name "VZW CDMA Suites - version 1.0".
It includes following suites:
RF part - C.S0011, C.S0033
Feature part - A12, Data Throttling, CMAS, eHRPD, MIP, NBPCD, Throughput
SC part - C.S0038, C.S0043, C.S0094

Note:
Verizon has stopped supplying the CDMA scripts. They are giving the script version in the Equipment list and leaving it up to the OEM’s to work with the equipment vendors to obtain them.
As a result, Spirent is responsible for distributing the suites from now on.
