User purchased a new ECG card. He would like to install that into his existing 13 slot chassis.
This is pretty straightforward. Users just need to power off the chassis, and have the front and rear cards inserted into the desired slot. On power up of the chassis, the system will load the required firmware into the card and it is ready for use. Users are also advised to check on the Abacus 5000 Hardware manual to take a general understanding of the hardware aspects of the card. The manual is available in the installed Abacus directory --> Manual folder.
