Spirent TestCenter: How does one configure rate adjustment based on individual StreamBlocks or Ports in the RFC 2544 Asymmetric Throughput test?
Answer
It is possible to adjust rates based on individual streamblocks that lose or do not lose traffic, when one runs the RFC2544 Asymmetric Test Wizard -> Configure RFC 2544 Throughput -> Profile Allocation: per Side, Load Spec Mode: per stream and Back-off mode: Failed rates.
It is possible to adjust rates based on individual ports that lose or do not lose traffic, when one runs the Asymmetric Test Wizard -> Configure RFC 2544 Throughput -> Profile Allocation: per Port, Load Spec Mode: per port and Back-off mode: Failed rates.
NOTE: If one edits the Asymmetric RFC 2544 Throughput Test - these parameters are found and editable under the Throughput Profiles
