Positioning Application: Where can I download a Galileo almanac for use with PosApp?

PosApp (SimGEN / SimREPLAYplus) or:
SimCHAN v3-00 or later
Answer
PosApp currently supports three almanac formats for the Galileo constellation file
Yuma
SEM
RINEX
These are the three common formats used throughout the PosApp software
At the current time Spirent are unaware of an internet site that provides full Yuma / SEM / RINEX Galileo constellation orbital data
Spirent does however support TLE (Two Line Element) datasets which are available from NORAD
https://www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/
These only provide data for satellites that have been launched to date
