Landslide: UMTS - UE sends TCP SYN to the Local Network Host but the Local Network Host doesn't respond with SYN ACK on the secondary context ?

Environment/Versions
  • UMTS, Test Configuration tab:
    • Setup the value of Number of Primary Contexts to1
    • Setup the value of Number of Secondary Contexts to 1
    • L3-7 tab, Local Network Host: Add two DMFs, the first DMF is PING, the second DMF is HTTP, Select "Instances and Assignments" to assign the first DMF (PING) to the primary context, assign the second DMF (HTTP) to the secondary context
  • SGSN Node test case
    • Don't have any special configuration

  1. UMTS test case, Test Configuration Tab 
    • Unchecked GGSN Emulation.
  2. Create GGSN Node test case (use a separated GGSN Node), Test Configuration Tab
    • Setup the value of Number of Primary Contexts to1
    • Setup the value of Number of Secondary Contexts to 1
    • Check Gi Node to setup Gi interface IP Address
  3. Run the test session to verify the Local Network Host responds SYN ACK to the UE. Two ways HTTP data traffic is showed in the test session report L3 Client and L3 Server tabs.
