KPI calculation for CSFB is as follows:

• Average of Time To LTE Reselection After Call End
  • LTE reselection time stamp - device call end time
  • Note - The LTE reselection time stamp can also be calculated by matching column picking the last time stamp in which the device camps to LTE.
  • Conditions - Consider cycles with result code = 0
• Average of Call Setup Time
  • The average of the call setup time for all devices
  • Conditions - Pre-call bearer should be LTE & consider cycles with result code = 0
• Average of Pre Call Data Throughput
  • The average of Pre Call Data Throughput for all the devices.
  • Conditions - Pre-call bearer should be LTE & consider cycles with result code = 0
• Average of Post Call Data Throughput
  • The average of Post Call Data Throughput for all the devices.
  • Conditions - Consider cycles with result code = 0.
• Average of In Call Data Throughput
  • The average of In Call Data Throughput for all the devices.
  • Conditions - Consider cycles were result code = 0.
• Successful Reselection Rate to LTE
  • (Successful LTE Reselection) / (Total Reselection Attempts)
  • Conditions for Successful LTE Reselection - Consider cycles with result code = 0 which have LTE reselection time stamp
  • Conditions for Total Reselection Attempts - Consider cycles with result code = 0.
• Call Initiation Success Rate
  • (Successfully initiated calls in LTE) / (All calls attempted in LTE)
  • Conditions for Successfully initiated calls in LTE - Consider cycles with result code = 0, Pre-call bearer = LTE & the cycles should have CDR start time
  • Conditions for all calls attempted in LTE - Consider cycles with result code = 0 & Pre-call bearer = LTE
