Diagnostic bundle is very useful to debug iLo issues
Here the steps to download diagnostic bundle from iLO:
Diagnostic bundle is available in the configure page
If we can't download the diagnostic bundle because a file of 0 size is always downloaded, this means, that there are no space left on the VM's hard drive. The space is freed when the appliance is rebooted, after that we should be able to download the diagnostic bundle.
