When the unit boots, a color image saying Spirent is briefly seen on the LCD panel on the 3U or N11U….this image appears horizontally as expected.

Then the attached image appears, the text runs vertically (for example, you have to tilt your head to read the message).

The message reads “Open Sunspot LCD When This USB Accessory is Connected”

• Press ok then reboot 3 to 4 times till it goes away

OR

• Uncheck the check box with amber color
• Press ok reboot it then
• check the check box with green color then reboot again

That should fix the problem.
