Spirent SC v2.82

At this point Spirent eHRPD SC v2.82 follows Verizon eHRPD SC test plan v3.0, and Verizon requires device support both IMS and Internet PDN. Thus most tests will validate both IMS and Internet PDN.

For device doesn't support IMS PDN:

1. We need change TDII mobile file eHRPD settings Tab, uncheck IMS PDN as below.

Note: if IMS PDN is checked, script will validate IMS PDN attach.

2. Latest TDII v3.82 contains 13 tests, only 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.6 and 2.13 can be run on UE which doesn't support IMS PDN.

Note: All the other tests require check both IMS and Internet PDN in mobile file. Without checking IMS PDN, we will see error "Please enable both IMS and Internet PDN in mobile file, then re-run the test case."
