TestDrive II v3.80, v3.81

The most possible reason is TestDrive II version doesn't apply to this device.

• In TestDrive II v3.80 (and previous version), script follows old Verizon spec, and it checks device should do data retry on eHRPD network if there's authentication issue on eHRPD network. Test result looks like below:

• In TestDrive II v3.81 (and higher version), script follows April 2012 Verizon spec, and it checks device should fallback to HRPD network if there's authentication issue on eHRPD network. Test result looks like below:

Thus if we are testing a new device model, we should ensure our TestDrive II version is v3.81 or higher.
