Environment/Versions

Any Inventory Gateway: GraniteInventory, SSCInventory Gateway, OewGCPGateway, MesOemGateway, M7 Inventory Gateway, AseGCPGateway, CirasWebClient

Answer

Login to the GUI and choose "View Events".
Enter Event IDs related to the circuits that are not building.
Set Date Range as applicable.
Remove User if User logged in as did not initiate the load.
Choose Search.
Choose Export options: Data.
In Pop-up check each box as applicable. If not sure what is needed choose all. Note: Choices will vary depending on the Gateway.
Choose Export.
A dialog box will open to save a zip file. Save the file to a location on your PC that you can find.
When open SR, attach the zip file to the SR.
