iTest: Unable to open and edit testcase file

Sometimes, when we try to open a testcase, iTest throws "java.net.URISyntaxException" errors. When the workpace is corrupted we will get this type of errors.

procedure to fix this issue:

Create the new workspace and import the existing projects into the workspace.
