When you Search in the GUI online “Outstanding” this is explained:
Enter the maximum number of PPPoX sessions allowed to be in progress at any time. This number includes sessions in the process of connecting or disconnecting.
The field prevents overwhelming the DUT with Configure-Request packets. This value together with the
Connect rate
value help determine how fast sessions are attempted.
