Landslide: What is data traffic flow behavior at the time of handover.

Answer
At the time of TAU/RAU or any handover, data or packets are held for a certain amount of time (handover). In this time, data flow between UE and EPC doesn’t happen.
Once handoff is done, data flow starts again.
Data flow behavior is based on PDCP rule (seamless handover and lossless handover).
